Basically, you can contact us about any request that concerns a project realized by ongoing.

The initial costs of CHF 250.- are due in any case. In the first 30 minutes we will define in consultation with you whether and how long we will continue the work.

When the emergency order is triggered, an alarm chain is set off in the background and employees are called out accordingly. The costs arise from the provision of the alarm chain and are therefore independent of the solution of the problem.

Once you have filled out the emergency form, you will be shown a phone number where you can reach us. We will call you back as soon as possible after you have filled in the form.
